Some people love this new place (part of the Marriott Hotel, which opened December 15, 2010 – located south of the Bellagio and the only) in terms of what is modern and fabulous. There are some wonderful aspects of it (which stands, see below) at this point, but with a summary of what we say below, you can not say that it has replaced Bellagio or the Palazzo and Encore especially in terms of their food and shelter.

Spoon Wicked: everyone seems to agree that the mood and style that is so new and modern, is great. It is comfortable all around and the food presentation is great too.

If you’ve been waiting accumulate mountains of food on a plate you will be disappointed, because here, each item must be served in a very small disk, which in turn, will need to set the record right, this means that you get to make many trips to the station, to feel full! It’s not a bad thing that we think may be annoying, especially if you like a dish, but all in all, is to avoid throat (and waste), are in some places. Now the line-up are very small or nonexistent, but if this turns into “small-plate” approach should be embarrassing.

A very positive aspect of this new place is that it offers a wide range of dishes, some trying to be different from the norm. Another may be that if you drink alcohol during the weekend brunch ($ 35 if you include alcohol) offers unlimited Bloody Marys and mimosas section of the bar (like many others) unlimited supply of alcohol Sunday brunch at one or the other way).

The service appears to be an excellent and varied, never wait for the filling, and most of the servers working as a team than as individuals.

Part of the sushi buffet is surprisingly better than any medium, freshly prepared right in front, but we believe that it is still not as good as Todai.

You will have to pay extra ($ 15) and king crab legs so you can choose from regular food. There is plenty of meat for meat lovers, and a sufficient range of options for those who do not like meat, and enough variation in the department cooked vegetables, the variety and choice will not disappoint. However, there is a whole, feelings and thoughts about the quality and taste of each dish. Most visitors seem to agree that the taste will not be experienced if you wait a chef-cooked food quality. Bellagio is still, we believe that the only option if you like the food first class and excellent dishes.
